guarantees each recycled cartridge to be free from defects in both materials and
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
- LaserSmith
cartridges have been remanufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring
performance that equals or exceeds that of the original manufacturer.
- LaserSmith will,
at our option, replace the printer cartridge if it is found to be defective. LaserSmith
offers a 100% no-hassel guarantee.
- LaserSmith also
guarantees that, under normal use and within manufacturer's specifications, our recycled
cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to compatible laser
printers or copiers. If a defect in our cartridge causes a printer to fail, LaserSmith
will guarantee the functionality of your equipment. Any printer problem that is caused by
our printer cartridges will be repaired by one of our qualified technicians.
- LaserSmith's
liability hereunder shall be limited to the replacement, refund, or reimbursement as
provided above and does not extend to consequential damages. This warranty is exclusive,
and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
